The WNS series of horizontal internal-combustion boiler is the boiler hull type horizontal tri-backhauling internal-combustion boiler designed by our technical professionals according to advanced technology both at home and abroad, combined with practical experience.
The boiler is fully automatic, the fuel after atomization by the burner forms the flame filling the whole waveform furnace, and via the furnace wall to transfer radiant heat, this is the first backhauling. The high temperature smog yields from combustion are concentrated in the back combustion chamber and turns to the second backhauling, such as the whorl flue pipe bundle area; after heat exchange by convection, the smog temperature gradually lowers and goes into the front smog chest, and then turns to the third backhauling, for example, the bare pipe bundle area, and then passes through the rear smog chest to the chimney, and finally releases into the atmosphere.
This series of steam boilers can greatly promote the boilerĄ¯s efficiency, save fuel and lower operational costs, so as to reach the aim of high performance, gas saving and the safety of the boiler. The said products have passed the thermal testing from the Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute and the environmental protection tests from the Shanghai Dust Equipment Inspection Center under the National Environmental Protection Bureau, so that every performance target reaches the design requirements and is totally in line with the national standards, and has also passed the specialistsĄ¯ certification from the Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Bureau.
