Introduction to SZL Series of Boilers:
The SZL series of boilers is the horizontal dual cylinder portrait arranged, chain grating, pipe steam and hot water boiler designed by our technical personnel according to advanced technology and experience from both home and abroad. The technological, performance and environmental protective index of this series of products reaches an international advanced level, and this product is the mainstay of the boiler industry. The boiler uses either a quick fitting or assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is a quick fitting pipe structure, exit shop after completely assembled; The boiler of 6-25t/h is composed of two main components: The upper assembled component is the body heat accepting part, and the lower assembled component consists of the combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler body is arranged as a water-cooling wall, the upper part of it is connected to the boiler cylinder, and the lower part is connected to a collection chest, in order to form a combustion room and to absorb the radiated heat from the furnace; its rear part is arranged with a dense convection pipe bundle between the upper and lower boiler cylinders; the high temperature smog after combustion shall stand twice before being flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall introduced to the coal saver and singly arranged, and allowed to flow into duster and exhausted from the chimney in the end. The 20t/h assembled water pipe boiler is composed of a front furnace, rear furnace, convection pipe bundle coal saver and chain grating, all of which are assembled in large components respectively for delivery.
